Hey, I’m Jess, and not long ago I was working in project management, feeling unfulfilled. On paper, it was a rewarding career, but deep down, I knew I wanted more. More freedom, more flexibility, and more time to actually live my life, not just get through the week waiting for the weekend.

Like so many others, I was stuck in the cycle of living paycheque to paycheque, constantly burnt out, and wondering if this was really all there was. I couldn’t imagine spending the next 40 years stuck behind a desk, missing out on the things that truly matter..like time outdoors, new adventures, and precious moments with my cockapoo Ralph and my wife, Lauren.

So I made a choice to stop settling. I stopped saying yes to a life that didn’t feel like mine, and started building one that did.

Since then, everything has changed. I launched my own online business in May 2024, and have since welcomed several team members, and stepped into mentorship, helping other women build lives on their own terms. I’ve found purpose, confidence, and a sense of freedom I never thought possible.
